Stop the Trump Administration from Eliminating the Chemical Safety Board
The White House is planning to eliminate the Chemical Safety Board (CSB) - the only independent federal agency that investigates the root causes of chemical disasters and makes recommendations to government and industry on how to prevent future disasters. The Senate Appropriations Committee just proposed keeping CSB funding stable for 2026, while the House proposed cutting the agency’s funding nearly in half.
