Support Ukraine

Updates

March 11, 2025: After 8 hours of negotiation in Saudi Arabia the Trump administration has agreed to lift its ban on intelligence sharing and military aid, with Ukraine agreeing to a 30-day ceasefire. However, it is unclear how Russia will respond to the proposal. Your calls have made a difference for Ukrainian peace, with over 220k calls in support of Ukraine in the last 3 weeks. Keep the pressure up so that Congress knows the American public supports a free Ukraine.

March 6, 2025: The Trump administration is continuing to punish Ukraine by suspending intelligence sharing, putting Ukrainian lives on the line.

March 3, 2025: The Trump administration has retaliated against Zelenskyy and suspended all military aid to Ukraine. Aid will only be resumed if Trump determines Zelenskyy “demonstrates a good-faith commitment to peace.” Suspending US military aid to Ukraine is unacceptable and must be met with congressional action.

February 28, 2025: In an Oval Office meeting with President Zelenskyy intended to coordinate a peace plan, Trump and Vance threatened to abandon Ukraine altogether and repeatedly insulted Zelenskyy. Trump and Vance went on to criticize Zelenskyy for being “disrespectful” and not thanking the U.S. enough for our support of Ukraine. Trump then abruptly ended the meeting, asked all Ukrainian officials to leave, and canceled a signing ceremony for a deal on rare minerals. Trump’s obvious performative “strong man” act is further endangering the Ukrainian people and European security while handing Vladimir Putin a gift.

February 20, 2025: Trump has escalated his rhetoric against Ukraine, calling fairly elected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a “dictator” and falsely blaming Ukraine for invading Russia.

The Trump administration is currently in direct conversations with Russia regarding the war against Ukraine, which began when Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022—and has excluded Ukraine itself as well as Europe from these discussions. Trump has said he and Putin will hold meetings in the near future. Trump’s Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said a peace deal would require Ukraine to cede the territory Russia has seized and to end its bid for NATO membership.

This is a radical reversal of U.S. policy of supporting Ukraine against Russian invasion and in seeking NATO membership, and is not only against the interests of Ukraine, but against the interests of the US as well. Demand your representatives support a sovereign Ukraine.

Hi, my name is [NAME] and I’m a constituent from [CITY, ZIP].

I’m calling to urge [REP/SEN NAME] to keep the pressure high on the Trump administration to support Ukraine and provide security guarantees as part of any peace deal. No peace deal should include blackmail of Ukrainian resources or bow to Putin’s agenda.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
